Carissa Rodriguez made a beautiful piece for the SI lobby. Her invitation to drink a Tommy Rowles, either at Bemelman’s, Upper East or at Kronenhalle Bar in Zurich, involves an eminent barman, on duty since 51 years (Bemelman’s, day shift 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.), two legendary bars on each side of the Atlantic and an iconic coaster (Kronenhalle) that Rodriguez used as pattern on a pleaded skirt that she wore during the opening.
