Swiss artist Nic Hess is known for his inventive wall works composed almost entirely of masking tape. Like a master graffiti artist, he turns everyday imagery into bold graphics often borrowing logos from corporations or public signage. Nic Hess had several solo shows in the United States, at the Hammer Museum Los Angeles (2009), The Project, New York (2008, 2005), and Drawing Center New York (2000).
