selection of the famous Ernst Scheidegger's photographs of Alberto
Giacometti will be presented at the SI. The Zurich photographer
Ernst Scheidegger, former member of Magnum Agency in Paris,
and Alberto Giacometti met in 1943, beginning a friendship that
was to last until Giacometti's death in 1966. A large number
of unique photographic documents were produced in the course
of this long friendship. |
