These Seasons | A Walk In Jerusalem by Christian Nyampeta

WED | 7PM

SI is pleased to present the latest installment of These Seasons, an evening of poems, songs, and music videos led by artist Christian Nyampeta. This event, held on SI’s rooftop, is a live activation of Nyampeta’s newly commissioned work for Spora. This gathering presents various sonic and visual media from journeys of engaging with art-learning and art-making in, with, and against the worlds of today. Titled after a song by The Badgett Sisters, the evening will feature moments recorded in sound or image in Amsterdam, Dakar, Istanbul, Jerusalem, Johannesburg, Kassel, Kigali, Lubumbashi, New York, Shanghai, and Zurich.

These Seasons is an ongoing transdisciplinary public program that invites artists, scholars and writers to explore theories of nature, landscape, ecology, human and non-human life forms and climate action.

Please RSVP to rsvp@swissinstitute.net.
